Union Bridge, died Friday, Dec.
28, 1956, at 10:45 am in Cambridge
Hospital after an illness of 12
days. Mr. Gonder was born Dec.
12, 1882, in Pennsylvania, a son of
the late William and Helen Willard
Gonder. He was a member of the
Union Bridge Church of the Brethren,
and a carpenter by trade
His wife, the late Deanie Flohr
Gonder, died thirteen years ago.

Surviving are the following children:
John Gonder, Mrs. Mary
Stouffer, near Union Bridge; Mrs.
Luella Trostle, Waynesboro; Mrs.
Maude Little, near Westminster;
Mrs. Fannie Myers and William
Gonder, near Taneytown; Mrs.
Lydia Dean, Michigan; Earl Gonder,
Cambridge; Robert Gonder,
near New Windsor; Martin Gonder,
Union Biidge; also the following
brothers and sisters: Charles
Gonder, Baltimore; Mrs. Raso
Brown, Union Bridge; Arch Gonder,
Cascade, Md.; Mrs. Myrtle
Hess, Hagerstown; Mrs. Blanche
Smith, Waynesboro; also 37 grandchildren
and 29 great-grandchildren.
