Jordan was born at Mountain View Hospital District in Madras, Oregon. He was a happy, loving, little boy, ready to enter the first grade of school knowing his letters and numbers. He was an avid DS and Wii player. His favorite movies included the Toy Story series, Bolt, Wally and Pixar Cars. He loved collecting cars and trucks and playing with his Grandma Debbie who remembers many heartfelt laughs as they shared these experiences together, with sister Sydney. He also enjoyed going on walks to get ice cream with Papa & Sydney.

He is survived by his sister, Sydney Sue Sampels, age 10, Grandparents Greg and Debbie Spicer, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Stewart of Virginia, and grandmother Delores Stewart of Florida, Uncle Dustin and Aunt Raylene Spicer, and cousin Natalie Spicer of Redmond Oregon, Uncle Danial Stewart of Texas, Aunt Kim Stewart, of Florida, great grandparents Monty Monteith and Roma Trailer of Medford, great grandmother Darlene Spicer of Redmond, step great grandmother Carol Spicer of Roseburg, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
