Twin of Ira Bailey (1794-1858), both sons of Devoe Bailey (1751-1823) and Elizabeth Smith (1760-1830), eighth child and son born to Devoue and Elizabeth, Isaac died at age 27 and apparently left no heirs. Isaac, jointly with Thomas, inherited the farm on which the Cemetery is located together with the primary Bailey residence across the street from the Cemetery.
