Helen Hahn, 82, of Kiel, died Monday, Aug. 28, 1995, at Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility.
She is the former Helen Kasten born June 16, 1913 in the Town of Schleswig, daughter of the late John and Amanda Krueger Kasten. Helen was a graduate of Kiel High School.
On Oct. 19, 1934, she married Willard "Buck" Hahn at her home in Rockville. She was a bookkeeper at Lake to Lake, Kiel. Her husband, Willard, preceded her in death on Oct. 21, 1993.
She was a member of St. peter United Church of Christ, Kiel and a member of the Women's Guild.
Survivors include one son, Brian, Oconomowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Janice (Bill) Wall, Elkhart Lake and Mrs. Sharlene (Roy) Meiss, Fort Wayne, Ind.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Hugo (Lucille) Kasten, Walnut, Ill.; John (Jackie) Kasten, West Bend and three sisters, Roma Rabe, Kiel; Freda Stolzmann and Edna Thomas, both of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 31, at St. Peter United Church of Christ, Kiel, with the Rev. Raymond C. Coombs officiating. Burial will be in the Schleswig Cemetery, Rockville.
A memorial has been established for St. Peter United Church of Christ, Kiel.
