Son Of John Frederick Bumpus & Ida May Smith, Charles was a Field service worker for Cooper Energy Services and a World War I Army veteran. So far conflicting reports have his middle name in question - Wife, Kathern believed and told me it was "Wallington" and another so-far, verbal report says "Warner" was his middle name. Charles married Kathern I Arquilla on the 21st of October, 1937 in Catlettsburg, Greenup County, Kentucky. They never had any children but lived very happy and full lives together. They liked to travel.
