Died - I. V. Simmons, 85, Sat. He was born and reared in Bulloch Co., the oldest of four brothers and two sisters, all deceased. He was a Confederate veteran. Surviving are the following children: B. Hill Simmons, Rufus Gordon Simmons, Mrs. Horace Hagin, Mrs. D. B. Turner, Mrs. James A. Brannen, Mrs. Remer Mikell and Mrs. Fannie Brady, all of Statesboro. Burial in East Side.
