ALBERT BOEGLIN
Services are pending at West Funeral Home for Albert C. Boeglin, 77, 405 N. Guadalupe, who died here Monday. He was born Nov. 3, 1899 in Abilene, Tex., and had resided here for 72 years. He was a retired Chief Sampler at U.S. Potash.
Boeglin belonged to St. Edward's Catholic Church; Woodmen of the World; and American Legion Bryan-Mudget Post 7. He operated his own furniture store here from 1934 to 1940, then was employed at U.S. Potash.
Surviving are four sons, Albert and Bill of Carlsbad, Charles and Bob of Dallas, Tex.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Melton of Houston; a brother, John F. Boeglin of Odessa, Tex.; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
His wife was the late Margaret Kircher of Carlsbad.

Services for Albert C. Boeglin will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Edwards Catholic Church with Father Florian Tiell officiating.
Burial will be at Sunset Gardens Memorial Park. Memorial services will be rendered by members of Woodmen of the World. Pallbearers will be Bill Wheeler, Everett Wheeler, Carol Wheeler, Phil Weldon, Richard Weldon and Dan Metelka.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund, 1306 W. Stevens St., Carlsbad.
