CHAMPION - Mrs. Gertrude "Dora" McAllise, 86, 213 Stewart Ave., N.W. died of pneumonia at 10:50 a.m. Friday in Trumbull Memorial Hospital,
Warren.

She was born March 22, 1901, in Greenville, Pa., a daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Davenport Kane.

In 1948, she married Joseph J. McAllise, who died in 1982.

Mrs. McAllise was a resident of the Warren area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a 25-year member of Champion Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Sonny (Joyce) Vens, with whom she made her home; a sister, Mrs. Mary Lou Waltman of Mount Lebanon, Pa.; three brothers, Maurice Kane and George Stegmaier of Warren and Frank Stegmaier of Napa Valley, Calif.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Cunningham; a sister and two brothers.

The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home, Warren. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery, Cortland.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.

The family requests material tributes take the form of contributions to the church memorial fund.
