Boal, 69, of Fenelton died Friday afternoon at Butler County Memorial Hospital following a short illness. Mrs. Boal was born Nov. 19, 1898 in Clearfield County, a daughter of Peter and Mary (Carr) Gearhart. She was a member of Fenelton Methodist Church and the Woman's Society of Christian Service of that church. Her husband, Curtis C. Boal, died Feb. 18, 1968. Surviving are three sons, Orville L. of Fenelton, Charles P. and Theron G., both of Fenelton RD 1; a daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Patricia) Hutchinson Jr. of Fenelton; seven grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Clair (Nora) Leach of Clearfield; and several nieces and nephews."
