Mr. Jerry Thomas Mixon age 64, of Beaverton. Al. passed away Saturday July 3,1999 in the Carraway Northwest Medical Center of Winfield, Al. Mr. Mixon was born February 10,1935 to the late John T. and Edna Hankins Mixon. He was member of the Mt. Hebron Methodist Chruch. And worked in the farm industry all his life. Funeral services were held Monday July 5,1999 at 2:00 p.m. from Mr.Hebron Methodist Church. Bro. Tim Riggs officiated. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery. Survivors include his wife Mrs. Julia Dean Mixon, one son Michael (Lisa) Mixon, Cabot, Arkansas, one daughter Marilyn Mixon , Tuscaloosa, Al. one granddaughter, Sara Branson, Wawkegan, Illinois. two brothers Frank Mixon, Beaverton, Al. ,John T. Mixon Jr., Sulligent, Al. He is prceded in death by one brother, Billy Mixon and infant brother.
