C. C. BANNING, 80, DIES; FUNERAL TO BE FRIDAY IN HIGBEE
Charles Clark Banning, 80, died about 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of a niece, Mrs. Emmett Thurman, near Armstrong, where he made his home.
Born Jan. 12, 1872, near Yates, he was the last of 11 children. He is survived only by nephews and nieces.
The body is in the Burton Funeral Home in Higbee, where services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon by the Rev. LeRoy Tolliver, pastor of the Yates Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Terrill cemetery at Yates.
