Agnes Symonds was born in Ossowatamie Kansas. She had a sister 10 years older, Cleva was her name. Her mother was a furior and taught her daughter the trade. They worked at Shukerts in Kansas City, MO. She met the love of her life and married Lawrence Jennings Conner June 28, 1924. They had 5 children. Arline Jean, Madaline Virginia, twins Lawrence Jennings and Robert Lowell and Cordelia Kay. Four children lived. One twin Robert died at 6 weeks of Whooping cough They lived in CA where she continued with her work in the fur business. She worked in Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. for Ormand Furs. She fashioned the movie stars with furs and also did many of their homes in furs. Jean Harlow had a bathroom done in pink fur. She loved her family! They were the most important part of her life and they loved her, The grandchildren and great grandchildren. She lived a long life of 90 years. She was always healthy and never suffered from any disease. Her husband got pneumonia and died. She got pneumonia and died 50 days after her husband Lawrence. Seems they wanted to go together. They were married 65 years. Her Motto was, "Forgive and Forget"
