Richard Wayne Routier, 60, Edinburgh, died Aug. 16. He was a machinist 37 years for Cummins Engine Co., retiring in 1999. After retirement, he worked two years for Lincoln Park and Recreation Center, Columbus. He was an Army and Indiana National Guard veteran. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Memorial contributions may be made to Franklin (Ind.) Wesleyan Church, of which he was a member.
Services: 1 p.m. Aug. 20 in Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home, Franklin, with calling from 2 to 8 p.m. Aug. 19 and from 11 a.m. Aug. 20. Burial: Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh.
Survivors: wife Nancy Sharon Martin Routier; children Melanie Sue Parish, Monica Jo Kellams, Jeffrey Wayne Routier; brother Jim Routier; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
