Mrs. Cora Houk of Sims, 85, dies. She was the widow of Hiram Houk. She was born August 6, 1870 to Samuel and Alcinda (Scott) Palfreeman. Her husbabd, Hiram Houk, died February 14, 1936. She leaves three sons: Kenneth of Kankakee; Arthur of Beech Grove, Indiana; Howard of New Orleans, Louisiana; and two daughters, Irene Ellis of Flora; and Nell Dixon of Sulphur, Louisiana. Burial in Dickeyville cemetery.
