MRS. ROEHLING, AGED 76, DIES;
RITES FRIDAY
Mrs. Lena Imhoff Roehling, 76, of Long Point, widow of Henry Roehling, died in a local hospital Wednesday at 9:40 a.m.
Born February 10, 1882, in Berlin, Washington County, the daughter of the late Daniel and Louise Spreen Imhoff, she was baptized in the Lutheran faith at Berlin and confirmed March 29, 1896 at Eben Ezer Lutheran Church in Berlin by Rev. F. Apfelbach. She also attended public schools at Berlin. She was married to Henry Roehling on Dec. 6, 1905, at Eben Ezer Lutheran Church in Berlin by Rev. Johannes Mgebroff.
Survivors include one son, Alvin Roehling of Long Point; one daughter, Mrs. Frank Mikeska of Kenney; and two grandsons, Delano Mikeska and Floyd Mikeska; one brother, Dan Imhoff of Mill Creek; and one sister, Mrs. Annie Lehde of Columbus.
Her husband preceded her in death April 29, 1947. Two brothers also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church at Zionsville Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Richard J. Weber officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Simank-Buske-Gail Services is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers are Helmus Lehde, Alfred Imhoff, Melvin Roehling, Louis Roehling, Gus Roehling and Charles Winkelmann.
