John Hillard Walter Lee Myers, 83, a retired farmer of Rt. 2, Thomasville, died today at the home of his son, Everett H. Myers. He was a member of Emanuel Evangelical and Reformed Church. In 1886, he was married to Sarah Ann Black, who died in April, 1949. Surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs. G. Herb Leach, Mrs. Bessie Rothrock, and Mrs. Ida Rothrock, all of Rt. 3, Thomasville, 5 sons, Wilson G. of Rt. 1, Thomasville, Lloyd of Rt. 2, Thomasville, Everette H.Myers, and Willis L. Myers, all of Thomasville; 19 grandchildren,14 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be conducted at Emanuel Evangelical and Reformed Church Monday at 4 p.m. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
