Clara B. Nixon Robinson Franklin, IN, died Jan. 19, 2005. She retired in 1981 as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Community Hospital East. She was a member of Warren Baptist Church and the Oaklandon Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star where she served as Worthy Matron in 1994. Survivors, husband, George D. Robinson; sons, Royce and Bill Redfern; daughters, Mary Marks, Pamela Norris and Tammy McDaniel; sisters, Effie Pipkin, Wilma Bottoms, Syble Myers and Eula Miller; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Nixon, daughter, Sharon Tony; brother, Henry Nixon Jr. and sister, Velma Walton. Services: 11:00 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 2004 at Flanner & Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center 10722 E. Washington St. Visitation will be on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2005 at the funeral center from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. An Eastern Star Service will be at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral center.
