She was born March 3, 1904, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bartels at Cecil. She was a housewife, married August 27, 1938, to Henry Radtke of Appleton. He passed away June 22, 1980.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Cecil. She is survived by two brothers, Roland Bartels of Shawano; and Marvin Bartels of Manitowoc; two sisters, Erma Bartels of Arroyo Grande, Calif.; and Ione Collins, of Milwaukee; and one brother-in-law, Fred Muck of Pulaski. One sister preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 14, at St. John's United Church of Christ, Cecil, with the Rev. Sara Hartman officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Shawano.
