Miss Shelby Alexandria Crawford, infant, of Madisonville, KY, died at 3:22 P.M. Sunday, December 30, 2007, at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Born December 11, 2007 in Nashville. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bill Crawford.
She is survived by her parents, Shane and Mary Mahan Crawford of Madisonville; one sister, Macy Elizabeth Crawford; her grandparents, Shelby Crawford of Madisonville and Freddie and Sandy Mahan of Greenville, KY and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 3, 2008 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Kris Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Friends may call from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and on Thursday from 12 noon until the service at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Shelby A. Crawford, Victory Church Memorial Garden Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
