Peggy Brown Brigmon

Peggy Brown Brigmon, 74, of Old Fort, N.C. passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at John Keever Solace Center in Asheville.
She was born in McDowell County to the late George Washington Brown and Ruth Boone Brown.
Mrs. Brigmon was a member of Catawba Falls Baptist Church in Old Fort. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, nana, and friend to all who knew her.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother; Carrol Brown, and two sisters; Pat Loftis, and Penny Medford.
Surviving is her husband, Paul Brigmon, of the home; a daughter, Kathy Wolfe, a son, Christopher Paul Brigmon; and a daughter, Elizabeth Brigmon Taylor, husband Robert E., all of Old Fort. Also surviving are two Brothers, Johnny "Chuck" Brown, wife Frieda, Stephen Brown; four sisters; Gladys Silver, Billie Ann Burgess, Wanda Shaeffer, and Brenda Gurdarian, all of Old Fort; and four grandchildren, Ashley Danielle McGhee Robert Paul Taylor, Samuel Jonathan Brigmon, and Christopher Taft Brigmon; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor Jade Brigmon, and Elizabeth Jean Brigmon.
Burial will follow at Cherry Springs Memorial Park
