Charles H. Emerson, 74, Dies In Fargo Hospital
Charles H. Emerson, 74, 1023 Twenty-seventh st N. died Tuesday in a local hospital following an extended illness from heart disease. Funeral will be at 2 p. m. Friday in the Ivers funeral chapel, with Rev. O. E. McCracken of the Fargo Union mission officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Emerson was born July 30, 1860. He leaves his wife and several children.

Emerson Funeral Rites To Be Conducted Today
Funeral services will be held today at 2 p. m. in the ivers funeral home for Charles H. Emerson, 1023 Twenty seventh st N. the father of 16 children who died in a Fargo hospital Tuesday night.
Mr. Emerson was born July 30, 1860 in Burlington, Iowa.
He leaves his wife and the following children: Clayton, Alton, Roy, Ralph, Helen, Betty, Dorothy, Donald, Walter, Lawrence, Barton, Charles, Earl, Ernest, Lulu and Jeanette.
Rev. O. E. McCracken of the Fargo Union Mission will officiate at the services. Pallbearers will be William Hoskins, William Boddy, Elwood Bolser, Ole Kirkevold, James Solomon and Harvey Young.
