Composed for the "Bluff City, KS Centanie," 1986 by Daniel & Grace Pittman: THE BLACKSMITH SHOP
"... Frank Pittman married Bessie Hollingsworth September 23, 1907 and two children were born to this union: Anna Fern born February 27, 1910 and Wesley Francis born October 14, 1913, both were born at Bluff City. After the death of Wilson Caswell Pittman, a brother of William and Frank, in 1912 and his wife Gertie in 1913, their child Elva Jane (May 4, 1910) was raised by Frank and Bessie Pittman. In the due course of time, Frank and Bessie Pittman and children moved to Waynoka, Oklahoma where they lived for many years."
