Allen, pastor emeritus of First Baptist Church, officiating.Mrs. Hendrix, a long time resident of Odessa, died there Monday. She was born Dec. 11, 1889 in Hill County Texas. She married Eliga Hendrix in 1913. He preceded her in death in June 1938. Survivors include three sons, Truman Hendrix of Moore, Okla.; Howard Hendrix of Amarillo and James Hendrix of Clayton, N.M.; a daughter, Ruby Allison of Odessa, one brother William Heath of Whitney; two sisters, Dorothy Lomax of Burleson and Floy Waite of Blum; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
