MRS MANGUS DIES

Mother of Mrs. Ben McCall Succombs
Early This Morning.

Mrs. Therza Lorraine Manges, wife of Harrison Manges, dies at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ben McCall, 114 South Idaho, this city, at 3:50 this morning, January 27, after a year's illness with a complication of diseases. She was 73 years, 9 months, and 8 days old at the time of her death.
Mrs. McCall brought her mother here to her home three weeks ago, and it seemed for a time as though she was improving, but gradually she grew worse and the end came early this morning.
Funeral services will be held at the McCall home at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, conducted by Rev. W. R. Reeves, pastor of the Baptist Church. Burial will be made in the Miami Cemetery, in charge of Jones-Ruhland.
Surviving Mrs. Manges are her husband, six daughters, and three sons, who are: Mrs. Frankie Kirkendall and Mrs. Chester Procter of Detroit, Mrs. Lee Kelley of Prairie Grove, Ark., Mrs. Sam Puffer of Hillsdale, Mich., Mrs. Roy Nichols`of Hendricks, Okla., Mrs. McCall of this city, H. F. Butler of Freewater, Ore., E. A. Butler of Charleston, S.C., and C. O. Butler of Reeds Spring, Mo. Also surviving are thirty-four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one brother Abe Stevens of Mt. Vernon, Mo.
