STEWART, Rev. Myrtle L. age 80, of Fairfield, passed away at her residence on Sunday, March 13, 2011. She was born in Hamilton, on March 17, 1930 the daughter of W. Thomas and Nettie Alice (Young) Loman. Myrtle was the former Director of Transportation for Fairfield City Schools. She was an honorary Kentucky Colonel and a lifetime member of Hamilton Christian Center.

She is survived by her son, Mike Stewart; her daughter, Sandy Stewart; her brother. Ovie Loman; special friends, Edna Rogers, Debi Feeback, Angela Radford, Sherry Radford and Alice Trent; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Jarmon Stewart; brothers, William, David, George, Thomas, and James A. Loman; and sisters, Arpa Martin, Mary Ramsey, Lucy Blankenship, Dessie Andrew, Nata Cain, and Eva Philpot.
