Mrs. Mabel Tasch, 94, formerly of Malone and a resident of Fond du Lac Lutheran Home, died there Friday, July 5.
She was born June 28, 1891, in Medford, Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Phillip and Frances Wiemer Rupp.
On June 14, 1911, she married Eugene Jacky. He died November 11, 1916. On February 8, 1923, she married Nick Tasch at Malone. The couple farmed in the town of Brothertown. He died September 23, 1975.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ambrose (Marjorie) Petrie of San Clemente, California, and Mrs. Milton (Georgeine) Schultz, of Janesville; a son, Elwin of Brothertown; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Rudolph Sattler of Malone. She was preceded in death by a daughter.
Funeral services were held Monday at Wieting Funeral home, Chilton. The Rev. Q M. Moeschberger, pastor of Ebenezer UCC, Chilton, officiated. Burial was in Brothertown Union Cemetery.
