She held many church callings, she loved sewing and was an avid quilter. She made a quilt for the dedication of the Jordan River Temple.
Verna is survived by 4 children, Max (Patty), Sharon (Joe), Ray (Joan) and Jolene (Rudi). 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren. Sisters Ivy, Annie and brother John. Sister in law Lavon.
Funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Riverton Ranch Ward 1500 West 13200 South. Viewing will be held one hour prior. Burial at the Riverton Cemetery.
