Clifton D. Lloyd, age 87, passed away October 5, 2007. He was born November 7, 1919 in Riverton, Utah to Fredrick and Elizabeth Lloyd. He married Verna Cardwell, February 28, 1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a mailman for 40 years which he took great pride in. Served in the US Army (World War II). Member of the American Legion Post 140. He served in many church callings.

He is survived by his wife; and four children, Max (Patty), Sharon (Joe), Ray (Joan), Jolene (Rudi); 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren; sister, LaVon. Preceded in death by brothers, Edward and Alvin; and sister, Cecilia.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday October 10th at 11 a.m. in the Riverton Ranch Ward, 12590 So. 1300 W. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 So. 2200 W., and Wednesday 1 hour prior at the church.
Interment: Riverton Cemetery.
