Funeral services for Daisy Lee Cornelison Hallmark, 77, Ada, will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2011, at Vamoosa Baptist Church. Rev. Kevin Duck will officiate. Burial and graveside services will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada at 3:30 pm. Family will be greeting friends Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 2pm to 4pm at the Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada. Mrs. Hallmark died March 9, 2011 at her home. She was born November 28, 1933, near McMillan, Oklahoma to Frank Cornelison and Clara Barton Cornelison. She attended school at Madill and Mannsville and was a member of the girls 1950 & 1953 Mannsville championship basketball teams. She married Bobby Hallmark on June 4, 1953 in Gainsville, TX. They moved to the Ada area and settled in Pickett where they have resided for 50 years. Daisy was a mother and homemaker. She was a member of the Vamoosa Baptist Church and her activities included auctions, antiquing, and fishing. Survivors include her husband Bobby Hallmark of the home: three children, Sandra Hallmark Roberts and husband Mike Roberts of Ada: Wayne Hallmark and wife Tina of Tuttle, OK: John Hallmark of Ada. four grandchildren: Staff Sgt. John Roberts and wife Amanda of DeSoto, MO.; Trent Roberts of Oklahoma City; Kelly Hallmark of Los Angeles, CA.; Sean Hallmark and Laura of Tulsa; great-grandchild Katie Hallmark of Tulsa, sisters, Geneva Kilgo of Marysville, CA.; Pansy King of Angleton, TX; Jean Raley of Odessa, TX.; & half sister, Marie Stowers of Madill, OK. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Cornelison; mother, Clara Barton Cornelison; brothers: Sonny and Butch Cornelison; half-brothers, Arnold, Lewis, and Roy Cornelison, and Cecil Richard. Pallbearers: Otis Gilbert, J.B. Bolin, Tyler Lasher, Floyd Neugin, Leslie Henderson, and Matt McCreary.
