KINGSTON -- Services for Jerome "Butch" Cornelison, 62, Enos, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Texoma Southern Baptist Church with Kevin Everett officiating. Interment will be at Lark Cemetery.

Cornelison was born Nov. 8, 1938, at Durwood, to Frank Jr. and Ima C. Barton Cornelison. He died Dec. 14, 2000, at his residence.

Reared in the Mannsville and Madill areas, he lived in Heavener and Duncan before moving to Ardmore in 1965. He was employed by the Ardmore Fire Department 23 years, including three years as chief, before he retired in 1988 and moved to Enos. He was a member of Kingston Masonic Lodge and Texoma Southern Baptist Church. He and Barbara Vansill were married April 11, 1983, in Gainesville, Texas. He was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; sons, Bryan Cornelison, Enos, Wyndall Cornelison and Kendall Rogers, Ardmore; daughters, Amanda Cornelison, Enos, Kim Harper, Lone Grove, Julia Lee, Ardmore, and Lisa McCracken, Conway, Ark.; a brother, Cecil Richards, Cartwright; sisters, Marie Stowers, Simpson, Geneva Kilgore, California, Pansy King, Clute, Texas, Daisy Hallmark, Ada, and Jean Ralley, Odessa, Texas; and 11 grandchildren.

Bearers will be Merle Flanagan, Joy Offield, Buddy Cornish, Mark Gage, Lincoln Gordon, Harold Parker and Doyle Doughty.

Watts Funeral Home, Kingston, will direct services.
