Burial was in Old Bethel Cemetery at Clarks with masonic graveside services under the direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
Mr. McGee died Wednesday in LaSalle General Hospital here after a lengthy illness.
A retired depot agent for Missouri Pacific Railroad, Mr. McGee was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 303 of Olla. He was a former mayor of Clarks and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eula MaGee [sic McGee] of Jena; a son, W. A. "Boots" McGee of Jena; a brother, G. R. McGee of Concord, Calif.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Masons served as pallbearers.
