Mr. Albert E. Dinkel of 1006 W. Schafer Rd., died at the McPherson Health Center on May 15, 1967, after a long illness. Mr. Dinkel was born May 28, 1889 in Putnam Township, the son of Valentine and Maria Lakin Dinkel. On June 3, 1905, he married Kitsey Allison in Putnam Twp. He was a life member of the Livingston Chapter #76 F.&A.M. and a Past Patron of the Pinckney Chapter O.E.S. #145.
Survivors include his wife, two sons Gerald and Alan of Howell also a daughter, Mrs. Alberta Close of Linden. Brothers who survive are Eugene of Pinckney and Otto of Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa. Also, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren survive.
Funeral services were held at the Community Congregational Church in Pinckney on Thursday May 18, with the Rev. Gerald Bender officiating. Burial was in the Pinckney Cemetery. Committal service was under the auspices of Livingston Lodge #76 F.&.A.M.
