AMIDON, William, age 87 years, passed away at a local hospital, Wednesday, March 3, (1948) following a lingering illness. Mr. Amidon had lived in Bellingham for the past forty years and had been an employe of the Milwaukee Railroad for twenty-five years of that time. He was an attendant of the Fairhaven Assembly of God Church. Surviving relatives include three daughters, one son, eighteen grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren. The remains are at the Bingham-Dahlquist & Jerns Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Saturday, March 6, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John H. Hamilton officiating, followed by interment in the Lynden Cemetery.
