Dominic "Dan" Mallardi, 91, died July 1, 2011, at Treasure Coast Hospice, Fort Pierce.

He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in the area since 1984, coming from Ramsey, N.J.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

He was an artist, president of Sterling Lithograph Corp., and served on the board of the Litho Club in New York. He was a member of the American Association of Professional Artists, International Society of Artists, a past commodore of Saints and Sinners Yacht Club and taught art at IRSC.

Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Ann Mallardi of Port St. Lucie; sons, Vincent, Donald, William and Robert; daughter, Elizabeth; brother, Vincent Jr.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Ruth Ballard.

Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.

Services: Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. July 6 at Aycock Funeral Home, Jensen Beach.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. July 7 at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Jensen Beach.

Arrangements are by Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie.
