RICKMAN -- Funeral services for Bill Dayton Qualls, 71, of Cookeville, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, from the chapel of Rickman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Algood City Cemetery.

Mr. Qualls died on Monday, March 1, 1999, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

He was born on Aug. 28, 1927, in Overton County to the late Charlie and Rebecca Jane Bilbrey Qualls. Mr. Qualls was an automotive factory worker.

His family includes a daughter, Lori Dalley of Cookeville; two sisters, Hazel Poteet and Clara Qualls, both of Algood; two brothers, Hollis Qualls of Rickman and Hack Qualls of Cookeville; and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Ovle Tinch and Eugene Schmid will officiate at the services.
