Thelma R. Landis, 73, Pleasant Lake, died Monday at DeKalb Memorial Hospital, Auburn. She was born in Angola to John and Margaret (Wilsey) Berlien.
Mrs. Landis is survived by her husband, Alan; two sons, Jack Landis, Angola; Kenton Landis, Pleasant Lake; six daughters, Janet Wilson, North Vernon; Jane Goings, Pleasant Lake; Emily Kaiser, Angola; Cindy Funk, Austin, Texas; Jeannine Ross, Wauseon, Ohio; and Jennifer Radabaugh, Pleasant Lake; three sisters, Grace Ireland, Boston, Mass.; Martha Rakestraw, Angola; and Vada Seeman, Angola; 28 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Zora Rudolph and Isabelle Libey.
Services were held at 1 p.m. at Weicht Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas H. Davies officiating. Burial will be in South Scott Cemetery.
