Death of Mrs. McKinstry.
---Intelligence has just been received by her relative in this place that Mrs. Amanda McKinstry, wife of Sabert McKinstry, died at her home in La Plata, Macon county, Missouri, on 15th of December last, after an illness of only a week's duration. The deceased was a daughter of the late Charles Sleeper, and a sister of the late Mrs. Joesph McConnell, of this city. She was the last of the children on Charles Sleeper, who in early days erected a mill about a mile and a half south-east of this city, which will be remembered by the first pioneers of this region. She was about sixty years of age at the time of her death, and leaves three children---two sons and a daughter, to mourn the loss of a mother.
