Ruby Ashcraft Hall 1926-2011

Ruby Ashcraft Hall, 84, a resident of the Coshocton (Ohio) Health and Rehabilitation Center and formerly of Willcox, Ariz., died Feb. 26, 2011 at the care center.

She was born May 10, 1926 in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Oliver Chase and Edith (Norris) Ashcraft.

She was in sales for Western-Southern Insurance. She was a member of the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church (Coshocton, Ohio), the Willcox United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Keene Hill Grange, was an aide at the South Lawn School for many years, and had served on the Red Cross Board.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda H. Weber of Fresno. A son, Gordon K. (Patricia) Hall of New Philadelphia. Two grandsons, Aaron A. Ridenbaugh of Bolivar and Travis P. (Ning) Ridenbaugh of Atlanta, Ga. A brother, Dr. David Ashcraft of Marietta.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at noon at the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church with Rev. James Macdonald officiating. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday at the church. A brief luncheon will follow the service in the fellowship hall at the church.
