MRS. DALE BURNETT AND BABE DIED AT HOSPITAL
DOUBLE FUNERAL SERVICE TO BE HELD SUNDAY AT TOCSIN

Mrs. Ardola Foley Burnett, wife of Dale Burnett, passed away at the county hospital, about 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon, about two and one-half hours after her arrival at the hospital, and an infant son, Dale Burnett, Jr., born after the arrival of the mother at the hospital, also passed away. Mother and babe will be buried in one grave.

The deaths of the young mother and the infant are extremely sad and the sympathy and condolences of the entire community are extended to the bereaved family.

The deceased, Ardola Foley Burnett, was a daughter of Thomas and Sarah Foley, and was born in Wells County on March 11, 1899, and was 21 years of age March 11th last. She and Mr. Burnett were united in marriage in 1919 and the following their marriage they resided in Fort Wayne until about a month ago, when they moved to Kingsland to reside.

Surviving besides the husband are the parents, four brothers and three sisters, as follows: Ervin, Hansil, and Miss Mamie Foley, at home. Archie Foley and Mrs. Edna Jayberb, wife of Martin Jayberg, of Decatur; Mrs. Effie Stewart, of New Haven; and Ed Foley.

Funeral services will be held at the Tocsin church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, in charge of the Rev. Stolte, of Decautur, and burial will be in the Tocsin cemetery.
