Marguerite Langlois had at least 10 children with Abraham Martin dit L'Écossais, and is believed to have had one earlier child (all baptized at Notre-Dame de Québec unless otherwise specified):

1. Jean was baptized at Saint-Jacques de Dieppe on 23 September 1616. While the baptismal record does not state the mother's name, Fichier Origine references Marguerite.

2. Eustache was baptized on 24 October 1621. It is said that this son Eustache Martin, was the first French child born in New France. When he was baptized on October 10, 1622.

3. Marguerite was baptized on 4 January 1624, and married Étienne Racine.

4. Hélène was baptized at on 21 June 1627, and married Claude Étienne and Médard Chouart.

5. Pierre was baptized at Saint-Jacques de Dieppe on 1 August 1630.

6. Marie was baptized on 10 April 1635, and married Jean Cloutier.

7. Adrien was baptized on 22 November 1638.

8. Madeleine was baptized on 13 September 1640, and married Nicolas Forget and Jean Fonteneau.

9. Barbe was baptized on 4 January 1643, and married Pierre Biron.

10. Anne was baptized on 23 March 1645, and married Jacques Raté.

11. Charles-Amador was baptized on 7 March 1648, and became a priest.

After Abraham died, she remarried René Branche. According to her burial record at Notre-Dame de Québec, she was buried at the poor cemetery at the hospital where she died, which refers to the Cimetière des Pauvres de l'Hôtel-Dieu (Roy, Pierre-Georges. Les cimetières de Québec. Lévis, Que., 1941, p. 106-108. https://digitalcollections.ucalgary.ca/asset-management/2R3BF1OZB7H_Q).

No authoritative source shows Guillaume Langlois and Jeanne Millet, the parents of Noël Langlois, as the parents of Françoise Langlois, wife of Pierre Desportes, or Marguerite Langlois, wife of Abraham Martin dit l'Écossais. While we know Françoise and Marguerite were sisters based on Marguerite's marriage contract with René Branche, no evidence has been found linking Noël or his parents with Françoise or Marguerite. The sisters originated from a different diocese: while PRDH shows Françoise as originating in the Diocese of Lisieux, both Françoise and Marguerite are found in church records in Dieppe (then the seat of a diocese) in the early 1630s. By contrast, Guillaume Langlois and Jeanne Millet were identified as Noël Langlois's parents in his marriage contract with Marie Crevet, which also states his place of origin as "Sainct Leonard en Normandye." Both Jetté and PRDH (as of mid-2021) identify this place as Saint-Léonard-des-Parcs (Orne), then in the Diocese of Séez.
