HELENE MARTIN was born on 21 Jun 1627 in Quebec, Canada. She is the daughter of Abraham Martin and Marguerite Langlois. She died about 1651 in Quebec, Canada. She married (1st) CLAUDE ETIENNE on 22 Oct 1640. He was born about 1627. He died about 1646. She married (2nd) MEDARD CHOUART on 03 Sep 1647 in Quebec, Canada. He was born about 1621 in Quebec (Per Tanquay).
Medard Chouart and Helene Martin had the following children:
i. MEDARD CHOUART III was born in 1649 in Quebec, Canada. He died in Quebec, Canada.
ii. DAUGHTER CHOUART was born on 30 Jan 1649 in Quebec, Canada (Notre Dame records). She died on 31 Jan 1649 in Quebec, Canada (Notre Dame records).

According to Tanguay, Helene Martin
was alive as late as 1651 as her son,
Medard Chouart [III] was born in that
year. Certainly she was alive in 1649
as there was a daughter that was also
born 30 Jan 1649 but was baptized and
buried the next day (Notre Dame records).
Her husband (also Medard) married again
in 1653 to Marguerite Hayet Radisson.
I have not been able to find any other
records on Medard, the son, to indicate
if he was ever married or when he may
have died.
