Mrs. C. M. Bumgarner passed away at four o'clock Sunday morning at her home, two and one half miles northwest of the city after an illness of two weeks duration. Her ailment was one which baffled the physicians, but it is thought to have been gallstones, complicated with kidney trouble. The deceased lady was forty one years of aged and her husband had lived here for a year or more. She was a sister-in-law to George Bumgarner, his wife being her sister. She leaves several children, besides a number of brothers and sisters and her husband.
During her residence here the lady made a host of friends, all of whom will regret to learn of her death. The funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at the late home at one o'clock.
