Dies at Caldwell
NAMPA - Charles M. Bumgarner, 88, an early idaho pioneer, died Sunday in a Caldwell hospital after an illness of about four years.
He was born at Beta, N. C., April 28, 1857 and came to Idaho in 1881, homesteading at Blackfoot. He came to Canyon County in 1906, farming near Midway, and in 1931 move to Long Valley, near Donnelly.
He was a charter member of the Blackfoot Masonic lodge and of the Methodist church.
