George A. Rogman
Funeral service were held last week for George A. Rogman, 58015 Eleven Mile, South Lyon. He died June 10 at the Whitmore Lake Convalescent Center. He was 78 years old.
A funeral service was held at 1 P.M., June 14 at Phillips Funeral Home in South Lyon. The Reverend John Mather of the United Presbyterian Church of South Lyon conducted the service. Interment was in South Lyon Cemetery.
The son of John and Sarah Rogman, Mr. Rogman was born December 6, 1904 in South Lyon. On October 30, 1937, he married Lelah Cecilia DeCook in South Lyon. Thirty-two years later, in 1969, Mr. Rogman retired from his custodian's post at the Northville Valve Plant.
Mr. Rogman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lelah Rogman, one daughter, Joan Rogman and one step-daughter, Mrs. Carl (Delores) Sieting. All three reside in South Lyon.
Other survivors include one brother, John Rogman of Frederick, Michigan and one grandson, Michael Sieting of Northville.
