She was preceded in death by first husband, Burl McKnight; second husband, Homer Hodges; son, Thomas McKnight; brothers, Callie Oglesby and Luther Oglesby; and sister, Bertha Sellers.
Survivors include grandchildren: Mark McKnight and wife Lee McKnight, Jason McKnight and wife Sue McKnight; great-grandchildren: Savannah McKnight, Justin McKnight and Sean McKnight; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Thursday, Sept. 30th at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 8pm. Family and friends will meet at Pratt's Chapel Cemetery on Friday, Oct. 1st for a 10am interment service. Condolences may be offered at www.mccartyevergreen.com.
