Christina Grata Peterson
Died, at Chicago, on Nov. 8th, of old age, Mrs. Christina Grata Peterson, aged 79 years and 4 months. Mrs. Peterson came to Chicago with her husband, C. B. Lundberg, in 1852, at which place she lived ever since. In 1853 Mr. Lundberg was called by death, and she was married to Mr. Peterson in 1855, with whom she lived until 1874. At this time Mr. Peterson died and she has remained a widow ever since. She leaves three children, John B. Lundberg, of this place, being one of them. She was a member of the May street Swedish M. E. church, of Chicago, and has always been a consistent Christian woman. Her remains were brought here for interment, and her funeral was from the Swedish M. E. Church.
