She was born on April 23, 1929 to Clarence and Leah Rubert in Mitchell, SD. Addie moved with her parents to Richmond, CA in 1942 where she met and married Dave Ebright, Sr. in 1946. They moved to Chico in 1948, after Dan was born.
She worked at her parents' restaurant, Mom and Pops Café on Park Avenue until it closed. Over the years she had 4 children and worked as a cook in many places in and around Chico. In 1986 she began managing the kitchen at Sycamore Glen until her retirement in 1991. Not one to retire, she worked at her son's Laundromat until she became disabled in 1999. Addie was a very creative person and had her hand in many endeavors over the years.
She is survived by her sons, Dan, Dave and Allen; one daughter, Heather; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister who live in South Dakota.
