Mrs. Sarah J Wise, wife of Joseph R Wise, a well-known farmer living 1/2 mile West of North Hampton, died at 6 o'clock Thursday morning from an attack of la grippe. She was ill 6 weeks. Mrs. Wise was a most estimable lady. She was 68 years old and the mother of Jesse Wise of North Hampton, Mrs. Addie Ayers of Dialton, and Mrs. Eva Munger of Tremont City. The funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the family residence, the burial will be made in the New Carlisle cemetery.
