HARPER RITES
ARE PENDING

Mrs. Ouida Lavinia Harper, 53, a resident of Carlsbad for the past two years, died Tuesday. She lived at 2323 Sage.

Funeral arrangements, in charge of the Carpenter Funeral Home, will be announced later pending the arrival of relatives. Services will be conducted from the Church of God by the Rev. A.R. Mitchell.

Born in Fitzgerald, Ga., Mrs. Harper is survived by her husband, Walter of Carlsbad; five sons, J.D., La Rue, Jack R. and Virgil W. Harper of Carlsbad and Walter Edward Harper of Sweet House, Ore.; four daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Teague of Compton, Calif., Mrs. Elfreida Moseley of Stanton, Tex., Mrs. Annie Teague of Pampa, Tex., and Linda Joyce Harper of Carlsbad. Also four brothers, J.H. Domminy of Lakewell, Fla., H.F. Domminy of Reading, Pa., William H.B. Domminy of Ft. Worth, Tex., and B.A. Domminy of Reading, Pa.; and three sisters, Mrs. F.E. Melton, Birmingham, Ala., Mrs. J.R. McConnell of Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. E.H. Domminy of Fitzgerald, Ga., as well as 14 grandchildren.

She was a member of the Church of God at Lamesa, Tex.
