Born in Morgan County, November 2, 1880, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary Lynch Allemong. She was married twice, her first husband being the late Paige Henry.
She was a member of Bethel Methodist Church.
Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters by her first marriage - Mrs. Carrie McCoy and Mrs. Alice Merica, both of Berkeley Springs, a step-son, Thomas Henry, Berkeley Springs, and one brother , Circuit Clerk George H. Allemong, Berkeley Springs. Ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
The body is at Parks' Funeral Home where it will remain until removed to Bethel Church for services at two o'clock Friday. Officiating will be the Rev. E. C. Day, of Richmond, Va., and the Rev. C. S. Recklely, the pastor . Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Bearers will be Charles Harmison, Leslie Clowser, G. B. Hovermale, Stanley Fearnow, Romanus Michael and C. L. Stevens.
